Michelle Knight
Executive Show Director
As part of her role at Hawkmoon, Michelle supervises the creative development of live event entertainment. Michelle is an Orlando native and UCF grad. After being on Broadway with Jersey Boys, Michelle premiered and starred in the off Broadway musical Disenchanted (Lucille Lortel award Nominee-Lead Actress). Other credits include national tours of Grease (Rizzo) and the 30th anniversary tour of Annie. Most recently, Michelle was the lead vocalist in national concert tours such as The Golden Age of Broadway and Rhapsody and Rhythm. Michelle was often a leading player with the Orlando Philharmonic (My Fair Lady, Carousel, Guys and Dolls, How to Succeed.)
E.J. Cardona
Director, Live Entertainment
As part his role at Hawkmoon EJ serves as Music Supervisor and leads the charge on new vocal arrangements. E.J. has performed all over the world in a variety of ensembles and venues. Some of his favorite theatrical credits include, Les Miserables (Marius), Quasimodo (The Huncback of Notre Dame) In the Heights (Piraguero), and a variety of featured roles for the Walt Disney Company. As a session vocalist, he has recorded in studios such as Capitol Records, The Imagination House, Roy O. Disney Studios, Jim Henson Studios and many more. He has sung background vocals for well-known artists such as SuperFruit, Jordan Fisher (ABC), Shoshana Bean, Jackie Evancho, Chris Daughtry and others. Go Hawkmoon!
Lindsay Flick Cardona
Director, Live Entertainment
At Hawkmoon Lindsay serves as Music Supervisor and collaborated on new vocal arrangements. Lindsay Flick has worked as a professional singer, actor and vocal arranger for the better part of 15 years. She has graced the stage and screen in both live performances and commercial work. You’ve seen her singing across the globe from Walt Disney World to Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruise Lines and as far as Okinawa, Japan. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Wright State University and she is a proud member of Actors Equity Association.
Patrick Jackman
Production Manager
As Production Manager for Hawkmoon Patrick oversees the logistics of planning of our productions both large and small. Patrick boasts an extremely impressive resume as an artist in the Florida area having performed as a dancer, percussionist, actor and variety performer. He has performed on stage and worked behind the scenes at Walt Disney World, Disney Cruise Line
and as a part of corporate production across the country.
Shannon Starkey
Sales Account Executive
Shannon leads the sales efforts for Hawkmoon and is a first line of contact with our growing list of clients. She has a long list of experience both behind the scenes and on stage. Shannon has her finger on the pulse of what is new and exciting within the world of live entertainment. She comes to us from Imprint Events Group DMC where she led the sourcing and implementation of live entertainment within their large client base. Shannon is an accomplished singer having performed across the country and her fine eye for detail makes her the ideal client advocate.
